CLIFTON HOTEL, W. H. FERGUSON, PROPRIETOR.
The above building was erected on the site of the Hotel burned in July,
'94. It stands one block north of First National bank on West Central street.
It is conveniently arranged, furnace heated, lighted by electricity, and
well furnished in every way and has become quite a popular hostelry under
Mr. Ferguson's management.
